Aqaba Warehouses Project
The company completed the Aqaba Warehouses Project on land owned in Aqaba with an area of approximately 11 dunums, owned by Al-Hadas Development & Investment Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Darat.
In the last quarter of 2022, the warehouses were fully leased to:
Central Trading Company for Vehicles / Toyota
The lease contract extends for 6 years.
